Planning Packages

Day of Coordination (Month of Coordination):

I will be working with you most heavily starting about 30 days before the wedding. Once it’s a month away from the big day, I will gather all your vendor information and copies of all contracts, create a day of timeline, confirm all vendor details, run the rehearsal (should there be one), and will help coordinate the big day from start to finish. You will have open communication to me throughout your entire planning process.

 

Partial Planning:

Includes all that the month-of coordination does plus additional hours of help in your planning process, attending some vendor meetings (of your choice), and will keep you on track by sending reminders and checking in regularly.

 

Full Planning:

Includes me with you every step of the way from your engagement through your “I Do’s,” touring venues,  attending all vendor meetings, through the final payments and last detail the day of.
